HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Become a Nutrite Expert Network client before June 26^th, 2023 to be eligible for the drawing.

ELIGIBLE ADMISSION

This contest is open to clients of the Nutrite Experts Network who reside in Quebec or Ontario and are 18 years of age or older.

THE DRAWS

The draw will be held at 11:00 a.m. on June 26^th, 2023, at random among all active customers as of June 25^th, 2023.

RULES

1. The contest runs from March 1^st, 2023 to June 25^th, 2023 inclusively.
2. Winners will be contacted within 72 hours of the draw.
3. The odds of being a finalist in the contest depend on the number of eligible participants during the contest.
4. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the prize described by regulations cannot be awarded, a prize of similar nature (equal or greater value) will be attributed by the organizers.
5. The winner discharges all responsibilities of Nutrite Expert Network, their advertising and promotion agency, their employees, and their representatives, regarding any accident of any nature that they could suffer as a result of the acceptance and use of the prize.
6. By participating in this contest, each finalist authorizes the organizers to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, voice and/or declaration of their prize for advertising and media purposes without any form of compensation.
7. The person whose name appears on the customer card is the person entering this contest for the prize offered.

“What is the carbon footprint of your GREEN space?” CONTEST

PRIZES TO BE WON Will be won at random :

• 8 gift certificates of $250 each, to be used for purchases at a garden centre near the winner, which will allow the winner to complete a planting project.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The contest runs from April 15^th, 2023 to July 15^th, 2023, inclusively. Use the Experts Nutrite Network calculator to find out the carbon footprint of your green space and complete the inscription form to be eligible for the draw.

3. If for any reason beyond the control of the contest organizers, a prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, a price of similar nature and of equal or superior value will be attributed by the contest organizers.
4. The winner releases the Nutrite Experts Network, their advertising and promotional agency, their employees, their agents and representatives from any and all liability for any accident of any nature whatsoever that could occur following the acceptance and use of their prize.
