Franchise Director – Partner

The Nutrite Experts Network is looking for a Franchise Director for its Haute-Yamaska location. We are seeking more than a manager — we are looking for a builder: a self-driven, motivated, results-oriented individual who enjoys customer interaction and working outdoors.

You will be at the heart of the local franchise’s development, supported by the strength of a well-established network recognized for its expertise in lawn and green space care.

Your day-to-day with the Nutrite Experts Network

• Meet clients at their homes and take property measurements
• Analyze clients’ specific needs and recommend appropriate services
• Present Nutrite’s service offerings and close sales
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise field technicians
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of client files and service delivery

This is an active, hands-on, and varied role, where most days are spent in the field rather than behind a desk.

Customer service comes first

You will be the face of Nutrite in Haute-Yamaska. Responsiveness, professionalism, and building long-lasting client relationships are essential to ensuring the franchise’s growth and reputation.

The profile we are looking for

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
• Comfortable with sales, customer service, and field management
• Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
• Ability to lead, motivate a team, and manage multiple files simultaneously
• Interest in lawn care and green spaces (training and support provided by the network)
